I am Claudia. 26 years old. In love with the world and given that I study medicine, in love with the body. I am from the smallest country in Central America, where I spent my early years. After leaving my beloved country, I spent my early teens moving around North America where I now reside. I followed a strict routine throughout my teen years and built discipline via that route in many aspects of my life, including and mainly health and fitness. I want to empower, and inspire you through this blog where you guys will be able to find a library of stories, photos, and videos all based on my lifestyle.
